Emiliano Isufi

Managing Director 

Part-owner of the 28°-50° restaurants in London, Emiliano is a veteran of the London restaurant and club scene. His career began working in Sir Terrance Conrans Butlers Wharf Chop House, he then moved to work for Gordon Ramsey’s Michelin star restaurant at the Connaught hotel, Mayfair. In early 2007 he became the manager at Greig’s Steakhouse in Berkeley Square, Mayfair and then became the General Manager at the Zebrano Group, Carnarby Street before linking up with Richard to set up the 28°-50° restaurants and now the new Stablehand.

Thomas Hunter

Head Chef

Thomas is a talented Brixton-born chef who began his impressive culinary journey training in 5-star hotels, including the prestigious Flemings in Mayfair, as well as working alongside celebrity chef Gary Rhodes at the Cumberland Hotel.
For the past 12 years, Thomas has proudly owned and operated his own restaurant in a picturesque ski resort, and has lent his culinary flair to our sister fine dining restaurant in the Château de Candie hotel in France. He is now excited to channel this wealth of experience into his role here at The Stablehand.
